Advocating “Customer Advocacy”

Customer advocacy has always been a favorite part of my marketing spiel as a self-proclaimed marketing evangelist. Why would I miss an opportunity to schmooze with the best-of-the-best in this marketing space?

The evènt de ré·sis·tance, I am referring to, is being held tomorrow at Intel and co-hosted by the Silicon Valley chapter of the American Marketing Association, which I am a part of.
