This isn't a reference to the celebration/party I'll be attending tomorrow – the Blogger Dinner at Hotel Utah, in the city. There's going to be a bevy of bloggers (27 in all; we may have a few additions tomorrow) featuring the pros, semi-pros and the wannabes. It's going to be a not-to-miss-party. Hope to see some of you there.

The 2nd event this week, I'm referring to is "A Celebration of Leadership" being organized by the American Marketing Association (Silicon Valley Chapter) this Wednesday (06/14/06). It features a panel discussion moderated by Chris Widener, President, Made For Success.

The Panel comprises VP and C-level executives from

(b) Top Research Firm
(c) Top Marketing Communication agency
(d) Top High-tech firm

I think that makes for an interesting and (hopefully!) extraordinary discussion on "What makes extraordinary leaders?".
